Please note that opened media and limited edition releases may be subject to specific restrictions to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in a sturdy box with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our Orlando storefront; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
