Due to the nature of the products, we can only accept returns on opened CDs, vinyl, or DVDs if they are found to be defective. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl to prevent corner dings and warping. For high-value or fragile shipments, we also include extra padding.
Can I pre-order upcoming releases?
Absolutely. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your copy. We ship pre-ordered items as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, usually a day before the official release date.
